The Haus of Kraus

I used to hate cooking. Or at least I thought I did. It turns out what I hated was the planning, prep, and clean-up coupled with incessant whining and unsolicited input from the tiny humans I have to feed to keep alive. When my 9-year-old shared a book she read at school (The Sandwich Swap), it sparked an idea. What if we could travel the world through our discovery of international cuisines? We can barely even leave our area because of the pandemic, but the possibilities for imagining it by researching, cooking, and learning are endless! So, we made a country list and got to work. I hate blogs that write a novel before giving you recipes, so this will just be a place to share our experience, links to the recipes, resources, and books if your family wants to join in.
